DIRECTIONS
1. CONTACT BENZIE BUS- Call Benzie Bus and tell the dispatcher the time and location that you’d like to be picked up. Be sure to make your request as soon as possible to ensure timeliness of your pick up.
2. BE PREPARED- Be ready for your pickup a few minutes ahead of time and have your personal items ready to go (jacket/bag/wallet/purse).
3. BOARD THE BUS- Stay away from the bus until it makes a complete stop. When stepping onto the bus, use the handrail and watch for slippery stairs.
4. PAY YOUR FARE- Be ready to pay the bus driver your required fare when you get on the bus. If you have a discount card, have it ready for the driver.
5. ENJOY THE RIDE- Select your seat and secure your seatbelt. Do not stand while the bus is in motion and follow all rules for riding the bus.
6. EXIT THE BUS- Be prepared to get off the bus as you approach your stop. Use the handrails to help yourself down the steps, and be sure to step away from the bus and wait until it leaves before crossing the street.
